Nighttime Binge

Hey everyone!!
I've been dealing with eating too much after dinner... for some reason I feel really munchy in the night and it's never anything healthy:(
Got any advice?

    I find that the trickiest time of day as well.

    I would always have something, prelogged, and then sit down to have that with my cup of tea or whatever. And then I close my diary for all my MFP friends to see. I know you can still add stuff, but the actual ritual of closing it "formally" helps me.

    Other tricks are brushing teeth, going to bed early, making sure I do something (ie exercise), as long as I am not sitting down for hours doing nothing but think about my kitchen cupboards!
