Hi - I am 102.5k, 6'1". I lost 2k on 800 but many people here are not keen on it. Any advice on minimum calorie intake? I exercise (bike) 3-4 time a week.

As a man? Minimum 1500 plus your exercise calories on the days you exercise.

Yea you need to be hitting min 1500cal a day and eating back at least 50% of the cals you’re burning during your exercise

The winner of this game is the opposite of what your suggesting.
The goal is to eat the most you can while still in a deficit to lose weight.

Eating too little will cause health problems and isn't sustainable so you will most likely gain any weight that you lose back bc you haven't taught yourself how to eat properly

Yes, @Go_Deskercise I agree. The key is to eat right up to your deficit amount of calories. That amount will vary depending on your current weight and how quickly you want to lose. I was eating below my deficit calories and my weight stalled. I uped the calories to where I was eating the max in order to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Sounds counter intuitive but with more calories my body then started dropping the weight....metabolism increased. Do the math for the amount of calories you need to eat while maintaining your weight loss...that part is science. The rest is sleep, stress control, water, exercise, quality calories, mental attitude, and hitting your macros/micros. This weight loss goal is a lifestyle. Best of health @YankeePaul
