I'm new to MFP and am looking for friends for support. This us a lifestyle change for me and not a "diet"
Diets fail, a change is something you make twords success! ????I have 25lbs to lose to get to my
First goal.

    Hi! I've been on MFP for about 3 months and just reached my first goal. (30 pounds lost) I log in my food and exercise every day and my weight and measurements weekly. It is a great way to keep on track and stay motivated. Welcome!

    Hi, I am back on mfp after falling off the wagon. It worked the first time so I am determined to stick with it this time. I am also looking for friends to help me on this challenge.

    Hi everyone, i have been on MFP for more then 1 year now and been using it to keep track of my calories while i do my beachbody workouts at home. lost 60 + lbs already. It is a lifestyle change indeed. if you want support, motivation and accountabilty let me know. Would love to have you as friends and help eachother
