Hi! I've been on MFP for about 3 months and just reached my first goal. (30 pounds lost) I log in my food and exercise every day and my weight and measurements weekly. It is a great way to keep on track and stay motivated. Welcome!0

Hi everyone, i have been on MFP for more then 1 year now and been using it to keep track of my calories while i do my beachbody workouts at home. lost 60 + lbs already.
