Odd Cravings Since Beginning Dieting

Anyone else experience weird cravings shortly after beginning dieting and changing your eating habits?
For example, I've been monitoring what I've been eating for just short of a month now. About a week and a half ago I started craving seafood. I figured I would eat something to get the craving to go away and I'd be done with it. I was wrong. Since then I've been craving seafood constantly. I've been eating a lot of tuna, sushi and the occasional batch of fish sticks.
I've never experienced something like this where a craving just will not go away.

Maybe your thyroid is trying to tell you something.0

What are the changes that you made?
If you recently stopped using regular salt, which is iodinized, and stopped or cut way back on processed foods, your body may be seeking iodine.
If you cut way back on your regular protein sources, your body may be looking for new ones.1 -

Cut back on a lot of processed foods for sure.
