Hi I'm new and need to also track fiber. Is there a way of doing so without removing one of the others?

No, you have to remove one of the others.
I have no reason to track Sugar and Sodium, so I swapped them for Fiber and Iron.2 -
You can see fiber when you click on nutrients.1

On the web version fiber is tracked by default on the Printable version which is accessed at the bottom of the FOOD page with one click. I just toggle back and forth and track other stuff on the FOOD page that isn't already being tracked by default on the printable page.1
