Fitness/weight loss binder?

I have been putting one together as i go, adding stuff here and there as I go. What i think would be good for me to have to keep track of my acomplishments and my goals. I am just curious to see if anyone else has a binder they keep? If so what do you have in yours?

    I just have a three subject notebook. Section one is for my class (taking a course in athletic training), second is my training schedule, third is my log to track my weight lifting progression.
