Macronutrients limit

For tomorrow lunch i have 33 carbs and 35 protein and -5 fat left over for lunch. Any suggestions?

Don't stress over macros, you don't need to hit them perfectly every day. Just look at the calories, consider your protein and fat goals to be minimums to hit (on average, doesn't need to be perfect every day) and let the carbs land where they land.3

Don't treat them as limits but as guidelines would be my suggestion.2
