Macronutrients limit

For tomorrow lunch i have 33 carbs and 35 protein and -5 fat left over for lunch. Any suggestions?

    Your calories are what matter for weight loss, no need to get too caught up on hitting your macros bang on.

    It depends if you need an easy lunch or if you have time to cook.
    I like flavored tuna cups (a little more than 20g), big bag of raw veggies (bell pepper, peas, broccoli or whatever). I eat less carbs to make up for the extra fat. Even if you do that you could still squeeze in some melon.

    There's no need to hit those macros perfectly.

    You can also reset your macros. When I was in weight loss mode I set my macros at 35(C)-45(F)-20(P). A lot of people like 40-30-30. I prefer more fat and less carbs when I'm in weight loss - it's easier and more satiating for me.

    Try to hit that Protein, though. I consider Protein a bare minimum. It's really the one I have to work to hit and the one that is the most important of the three. It does take time to learn, so don't worry too much about it. Weight management is first and foremost about the calories.
