    Skinny Cow's Pink Velvet Truffle bars. 100 calories, absolutely DIVINE. Also, Phillyswirl's popsicles. Only 48 calories each, but so yummy.

    My kids make their own, so we have lots of unique flavors, but I don't actually eat ice cream (at least very rarely)...sometime I really wish I did, because some of the flavors sound delish!
