    Homemade rhubarb crumble ice cream (made far too much for a party). And don't really eat ice-cream, so happy to send it to someone! (Possibly in exchange for cheese and/or wine....)

    None! I am free from the bondage of ICE CREAM and I use to eat it every day.

    Now I make easy fruit sorbets in my Vitamix blender. 2 bananas, 1/2 cup raspberries, splash of almond milk. Incredibly delicious.

    And to think, I used to lose all self-control over ice cream. Now I can have all these ice creams in the freezer, lasting for weeks. Feels good!

    Now that I weigh my ice cream instead of filling the bowl, I'm the same way. I'm not used to having to replace it so infrequently!

    Hah. I have an 18 year old and a 15 year old boy at home. If I leave ice cream in the freezer when I leave for work, I guarnatee it is gone before I get home.

    Right now I have what's left of Bluebell Dessert Trio (it has brownie bits, cake bits, and cookie bits, plus fudge swirls and pecans... *drool*) and a pretty new carton of Bluebell Strawberry Cheesecake. Both are amazingly delicious!
