Hey everybody!

I want to prepare salads for the week ahead and any meals snacks, because i never have anything ready and i don't end up eating the right nutrition for my body. I want to prepare some 300 - 400 cal salads for lunch or dinner. I have seen the mason jar stuff, but i live in china and cant find any that are cheap, can i use small lock up food storage boxes instead? has anyone done this before and any tips ideas will be GREATLY appreciated.

Yeah, storage boxes are fine, as long as it's a good seal. Don't add the dressing until mealtime or the morning prior to work. I love raw baby spinach salads with anything on top: walnuts, dried cranberries, pears/apples, chicken/seafood, tomatoes, avacado...

edit to add snacks: i like to make snacks the night before for the next day-> zip lock bags with cut veggies (carrots, bellpepper, etc), I also like to make my own nut snack bags (mix of healthy nuts, dark chocolate chips, dried fruit, dash of cayanne pepper for warmth)
