Clay Robbins INTRO and SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Hello everyone! I just want to lay my goals out on the line. I am a relatively active individual who wants to work for a more defined core and weigh less. I am currently working on the most difficult part of my training, the diet. I would like to introduce more vegetables into my diet and also stop eating due to idle time. I plan to do this by:
  • Picking one vegetable to try each week
  • Researching and trying new recipes
  • Preparing meals ahead of time
I recently purchased a blender and I have been making smoothies for breakfast. My recipe for a wonderful banana smoothie consists of:
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 2 tbs of greek yogurt
  • 2 large bananas
  • 5 frozen strawberries
