Gaining weight is not a bad thing.

When I was 32 years old I’m very skinny, no muscle definition and as I aged I became interested on healthy life style long distance running, weight lifting, and Zumba. Now at 51 years old if I gain weight it doesn’t bother me coz of the healthy activities I do daily.
I do a daily 10,000 steps as much as possible especially as a nurse working 12 hours shift can get exhausting that’s my replacement workout. ☺️
