Finally Taking Fitness Seriously

Hello, I'm Jhaydun. I'm a writer from Australia.

This year, during COVID, I put on fifteen kilograms. I went from 80kg to 95 and I really became dissatisfied with my body, my routine, my diet, and my energy levels. I've already been working on my fitness for a little over three weeks now, and I've seen quite a difference.

I've lost 4 kg by working out seven days a week (four on strength, three on cardio), counting calories every day, meditating, and sleeping better.

My plans are to get to 80kg, with 10-15% body fat, and 45-50% muscle mass.

I've got four months to get there, as I'm moving overseas at that point and want to be as close to my goal as possible. Wish me luck!
