Phone app / computer sync

How long does it take for the app details to feed through to the computer connection? I've loaded in breakfast but can't see it here yet.
New to this, obviously.

Theresa a sync button at the bottom of the app's main menu. It usually syncs pretty quickly but sometimes I use that when there's a delay.

Thanks, I found the Sync. Hasn't appeared to have worked yet, but I may not have "completed" the meal. Will keep an eye on it.

I've worked it out - had an old login name. Have updated to correct name now. Cheers.
