Target Weight was HIT today!

2020 has been a challenge, but I've managed to stay in Maintenance Zone (+/- 5 pounds from Target).

Decided recently to stop hanging in the top part of Maintenance Zone and go for Target weight (199.9) and I hit it today. Last time I hit Target was 2014. Total loss: 77 pounds

Another example that CICO works when we work it....twinkies, fried foods, fast foods all included...just in moderation and incorporated in the right spots.

If I can do this, then ANYONE can.

    Congrats and great job! CICO does work but you have to work hard to make it work, so that's fantastic that you put in all that hard work. I've been around 7 lbs above my ideal weight for a while as well, so I know that getting down those last few pounds takes a LOT of discipline.

    Good for you! I am hoping/expecting to get into the top of my maintenance range in the next few weeks. Then I just need to stay in that range, and hope to be joining y'all in this forum soon...

    My plan is to hit maintenance on Nov 1 and if weight loss was linear and consistent (yeah right, lol!) I'd hit 199 just before that but I've stalled out a bit. I'm taking that as a sign that it really is time for a diet break so I'm going to go for maintenance in Nov & Dec whether I hit my goal or not. Then I'll dive back in for my next fat loss goal in January.
