Abs... visible but not visible

Hello everyone I havent posted for a while, now Ive got a problem and I dont know what I should really do. Basically when I flex my abs I cant see em, but when I make my belly look bloated I can see them, I dont know what I should do to make them visible anytime without the necessity of making my belly look big and awful

    you bf ratio is higher than it needs to be to have visible abs. so keep working the abs and start dropping you bf. you got this dude.
