Hi, I am a 24 year old mum of 3 boys & I have a baby on the way. I NEED help and I NEED support!
My story.....
I have been over weight since I had my first child, before that I was a healthy 65kg! I was 16 when I had him and over the next 2 years my weight exploded until I got to 130kg!
By the time I was 20 I was exercising like crazy n eating healthy, I weighed only 86kg! then I fell preg with #2, only to have him & 9 months later fell preg with #3, 2 years later I have allowed my weight to balloon and have fallen pregnant with #4.
Well I now weigh 112.5kg and have been told by my dr if I DONT lose weight before this baby arrives I will be sent to brisbane hospital to have the baby (Brisbane hospital is a minimum of 6 hours away!) as they dont have the facilities to care for me which means I will have NO support at the hospital from my partner, no way home and a thousand other problems along with potention problems and risks during the labor, I dont have to lose a lot, just 16kg's, I need to lower my bmi from 47 to 40 which means getting my weight from 112.5 down to 96kg
I NEED a support link & I need friends BADLY. I find I do better when I have alot of support and I CAN NOT fail this time! I have to stop quitting & stop giving up!
PLEASE I NEED TO DO THIS! I NEED HELP!

The doctor wants you to lose weight WHILE you are pregnant?? I think I would get a second opinion.
Otherwise. I would suggest a dietition who can get you on a healthy diet for you and the baby.
