Hi all! It's been a while since I've been on MFP. I'm a 23 y/o gal from northern Virginia.

I'm currently on my weight loss journey! I decided that I was tired of being exhausted, sore, and feeling like crap all the time. I was pretty heavy for my size and it was definitely impacting my day to day life. I started in June using Noom and have lost a little over 25 pounds so far. I don't use Noom anymore but it helped me learn a lot :)

Would love to make some friends of course, I love being supportive of others and could always use a little support myself! Hope you're all having a lovely day ^^
