I am working on a new me. Had spine surgery fours years ago with rods and screws in my back. 6 month recovery made me gain 40 pounds. Then had my son via c-section 3 years ago and gained 80 pounds. So I am working on losing this baby weight 3 years later 😳 but I have back problems and no gallbladder so losing weight was tough for me. But now I am going to give it my all. For the past 2 weeks I have been walking/jogging for 4 miles a day. Lost 20 pounds. 10 pounds of that is water weight but hey I'll take it. I have not any sugar or sodas for a little over a week now. I am changing for the better. I am going to keep stepping on 👟👟. Just in case anyone needs my stats, I am 29 year old female. My starting weight was 255 pounds, current weight is 235 and goal weight is 160. I am 5'7".

Hi! I'm Jessica! I'm currently Pregnant with my first, so right now I'm focusing on my calorie intake. However, after I have my baby I'll instantly be focusing on losing the baby weight. I'd love to support you and cheer you on! 😊

    Morning :)

You’ve made the hardest step, which is to notice the change that is needed.

I would love to follow your journey and to be able to motivate each other. I currently weight 20st 10 and would like to get to 16st by my wedding in Sept 2021.

I was fortunate that my wedding was postponed due to the pandemic. I was dreading the photos 👎🏾👎🏾 I have been given this chance to lose the weight for good.

Would a what’s app group be any use to you to share ideas? If so I’d me more than happy to share ideas, struggles, progression 👌🏽

Look forward to hearing from you :)

    Nathan
