Healthy high carbs...

I’ve asked this before but I’m going to rephrase it slightly-does anyone know of any healthy high carb foods that won’t cause a tremendous amount of puffiness in the face or stomach...?

You should experiment with different carbs, and see what works best for you. What causes puffiness or bloating in one person might not cause the same in you.7

People don't have the same reactions to carbohydrates. I have no problem eating potatoes, bread, pasta, fruit, rice, beans and other higher carbohydrate foods without getting "puffy" in the face or stomach. If you are reacting that way to certain foods, I think you'll have to experiment with what is causing that reaction.

No carbs cause those issues for me, no carbs are unhealthy for me in context of my overall diet.
The only ones I exclude are ones I don't like the taste of.
Sounds like you need to experiment with exclusion and journaling your response to different foods as this is a problem with you rather than with the carbs themselves, best of luck.4 -
Unless you have a food allergy, you shouldn’t be swelling up when you eat certain foods.4
