I found MFP years back when I was at my heaviest of 460+lbs. I stayed dedicated and managed to lose over 200+ at that time bringing me down to 210lbs by 2011.
Then a couple years ago, I fell completely off track and ended up gaining back over 100lbs.
This year in April, I began tracking my weight and steps with Fitbit, weighing 351lbs. Now I'm down to 325lbs and re-found MyFP.
It's definitely a journey.
