Strength training and calories

How can you determine the calories burned from weight training? Nothing comes up when I enter the activity. I am spending an hour at the gym on Nautilus equipment.

Search in cardio exercises for 'Strength Training' and it will come up. Then just input how long you spent on it. Unfortunately the MFP cardio database (AKA the one that gives you calories back) does not include specific strength exercises. If you do want to log how many sets/what weights you used etc then you can use the Strength Training section of the exercise log for that.
Hope that makes sense.0
