How to add exercise.

Is there a way to add your own exercise routine to your daily diary? I did the list of exercises not useful. I mainly use the treadmill with different moves, walking and jogging and hand weights. And then the mat for warmup and cool down and yoga.

Should say “I find the list...”0

If you don't find one in the database that suits you, you can create a new entry for yourself and that will be in your Exercise list (it will create a "recents" list for you once you have entries.)
