Hello all!
I have been on MyFitnessPal for several years now. I was successful for a long time and then stopped logging in and logging my food. And now I am back because I want to be a healthier me.
I started back to regularly exercise and logging my calories back in December 2019. I eat fairly healthy, and exercise 5-6 days a week 45-60min/day. 30 minutes of cardio, and 15-30 minutes of weight training.

You have done a great job already! I like your final goal weight- of Fit. I do not have a predetermined final goal. I know my long-term goal and I will see how I feel, how my bloodwork is, etc. when I get there. I would still be overweight but the last time I got to that weight I was happy with it and maintained for several years. My health will be the biggest determining factor as to what I do when I reach that weight.1
