help finding a balance

I have a new work schedule which splits my shifts and I am having a difficult time with eating and snacking. I work three evening shifts 4pm-midnight (which I am used too) and now work two midnight shifts 12am - 8 am. My sleeping patterns are off and just having trouble all the way around with eating, sleeping and definitely no energy any suggestions would be great, thank you! By the way my work is in a very small room where there is little to no moving around for 8 hrs.

Certainly sounds challenging! Can you get in any movement like maybe squats or high knees? I find any type of cardio helps my energy as does staying hydrated.0
