Calories counts on menu

Hello, I was wondering about how the calorie counts on the menu at Cheesecake Factory work. For example the filet Mignon says its 870 calories does this include the vegetable and mashed potatoes that come with it or just the steak itself. In anyone could clarify it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    What size was the steak? How much did it weigh? What I found is that filet mignon is approximately 75calories per ounce.

    I took a quick look at their nutritional guide...it's unclear, but I sure hope they are including the sides. They list "Fresh grilled salmon" at 1240 calories. I'd think that would have to include the potatoes and broccoli that it comes with. They should make it more clear.
