New here and have question about goals

I’m new here and trying to lose regained weight after weight loss surgery. My nutritionist suggested this app so here I am. Question is in the premium version how do I set goals WITHOUT putting in calories. Nutritionist wants me to focus on GRAMS (not percentages) of protein, carbs, fats, and sugars NOT CALORIES as the numbers to follow. I’m lost, please help! Thanks in advance.
