When was the that moment (not off the scale or having looser clothing) that you actually felt you were losing weight?
Or if you are doing gains when did you feel you were getting the gains you were after?
Or if you are just getting healthier when did you feel you were healthier?
how many Days, Weeks or Months?

I had been using 2XL shirt sizes most of my life. I'm 35. I finally fit in to a Large shirt after losing 60 pounds. I didn't really notice it until I checked the tag and I was surprised. Small victories are huge wins. I still have about 30 pounds of fat to lose so I'm excited to see progress not related to the scale. I have been on a journey for 14 months but I never focused on my diet until about two months ago when I decided to change my eating habits. Ive been tracking and logging consistently for the last 60 days and I've lost around 25 pounds in that time frame. I'm currently at 223 but I'm aiming for a 180 pound range based on my height of 6 ft. I want to stick to my plan until I hit a plateu and keep adjusting until I hit my goal. My current diet is so sustainable that I don't feel like I'm dieting. Once I reach my goal I simply plan to add a few extra calories and cut back on cardio from 2 hours per day to something more sustainable in the range of 30 minutes to 1 hour. I keep an open diary so I would like to invite anyone to add me for support and accountability. Thanks!5

I suspected my health was improving when my liver stopped aching (from NAFLD) and I wasn’t out of breath from walking up a single flight of stairs or around the block anymore. I knew for sure my health was improving when I had bloodwork done and my numbers got closer to normal levels. It took me 5 months to see a noticeable improvement and 10 months to reach my goal and have my liver enzymes in a normal range as well as my fasting blood glucose. I realized that I didn’t have to get diabetes like so many of my family members if I took responsibility and actively improved my health. I lost 43 lbs total at a rate of 1 pound per week and it took me 300 days to achieve my goal weight. I’ve maintained for 7 years now and my bloodwork is still all in the normal ranges but more importantly I feel FANTASTIC!7
