Starting your journey on weightloss is a positive first step. Im also needing to lose about 100 lbs and I know how daunting of a task that can be. However if you break your goal down into manageable chunks (let's say 5 or 10lbs) it becomes easier to navigate. Dont despair at the end number it will happen. Just focus on daily victories.
