THE BURN!!! WHY IS IT BURNING SO BAD !!

Okay so I have added a half mile hill to my work out 3x a week and its has been yielding great results :) but it burns!! I gave it two weeks and i wanted to see if my body would repair itself on my rest days but it still burns when I get up in the morn and go to bed, and really ALL day my GOODNESS!

Any tips on how to tame the burn? I lift too, and overall my whole body aches! Well not really pain, but uncomfy :( and its a all day thing, and I have 2 rest days a week.

What do you bodybuilders use to recover? Any supps I can take? My preworkout is amazing but I dont think my protein shake (dynamite xl) is helping me recover as well as it could be!

    I've never had that much pain long term, but maybe you could try an amino product for recovery
