Hey everyone. Men don't seem to pop up on these forums as much as women. I'm pretty sure it's the stigma that we don't care about our weight but that's far from the truth. I want everyone to reach their goals in a safe and healthy way so if you need support feel free to add me. I keep an open diary with daily weigh ins. I've lost 60 pounds in the past year and 25 in the last 2 months. My diet is not optimally healthy but it's light-years from what it used to be and better than the typical western diet.
