New;hello; duval ; workout friends; extreme goals

New and glade to find something to help more accurately track calories and protein, as well as general calories burned, going for a full body transformation, been over weight for a while /,but I used to workout daily in my early 20's, slowly been getting back into the swing of it, starting to keep track of food and workouts, just went from twice a week to 4days a week. Aiming for 6days a week in the end.
Duval, Westside, jacksonville, 103rd planet fitness, with visitor privileges. Would be nice to have someone to talk to and compete with fitness goals.
