Hi. I need support and motivation. I am going all in towards treating my self kindly and honoring my body with movement, healthy eating, and mindfulness. I am going to selfishly put myself first these last 10 weeks to kick start 2021! Who wants to join me? I commit to tracking my foods, exercising for at least 60 minutes a day, drinking at least 8 cups of water, increasing more fruits/veggies, and less sugar and less eating out. I am not eliminating any food from my diet. This is just simple healthy practices I will be embedding into my Rona routine.
