Is it possible to be above grams of fat, protein, and sugar per day and under 1000 calories? When I do the math with the values from myfitnespal and 4 calories per gram of carbohydrates, protein and sugar and 9 calories per gram of fat I'm 250 - 300 calories above the calories it says I've eaten. I'm confused. Thanks for any help you can give me.

sugar is a carbohydrate...you don't count 4 calories per gram of sugar...just 4 calories per gram of carbohydrate...sugar is just a subset of carbohydrates.4 -
