over 100 pds to loose

Hi I'm 58 yes old and need to loose 100pds I need to make this a habit not yoyo I'm tired of yoyo dieting

    Make sustainable changes. Don’t cut out the foods you enjoy, just work them into your calorie goal. Weigh and measure your foods. Remember that it ISNT a race to the finish line.
