Hello noob inc.

hey i'm bill and i'm from Manchester, England. i was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes so i am trying to lose some weight and manage my blood sugar levels better. I have lost around 2 stones in total in 2 months and i joined MFP a couple of weeks ago.. the food tracker is such a helpful too to help me track my carb intake. It's a big a big learning curve but i hope i can drop all my bad lifestyle/diet habits and pick up some better ones. Feel free to add me as a friend for motivation/recipe shares ect... i'm always looking for new recipes as i seem to always go back to my regular ones. Moving forward i would really like to lose a bit more weigh and gain enough confidence to drag my *kitten* to a gym :) sorry for the rant! :)
