Cholesterol on app

Is the cholesterol on the app tracking the good, the bad or both? I have high “bad” cholesterol but high “good” cholesterol too. I want to make sure I reduce the bad and keep the good the same. What does the number target? Anyone know?

In theory it's all cholesterol. But since the vast majority of database entries are created by users, it's anybody's guess where they got the cholesterol number from or whether they just made it up or copied it from the wrong part of the nutrition label.0

"Bad" dietary cholesterol is probably just a medical mistake. Clinical proof is illusory. Good cholesterol is not a mistake. You want it and need it.0
