Weighing Scales

What weighing scales do you guys use...mines one of those all singing all dancing ones, checks your BMI, visceral fat, muscle mass....that kind of thing....how accurate do you think they are in what information they give you.

    I have a Nokia (formerly Withings). I dont trust the bf% but it syncs with an app so you have record of your weigh ins, shows trends and allows for multiple users. I like it.

    I have a fit track. I don't know that I trust it necessarily, but I figure if i'm using the same method all the time it should track trends at least accurately.

    I have one of those types of scales... some no name brand I got during Prime Day for cheap. I like that it syncs with my phone.

    I have a FitIndex scale that syncs to my phone and app. I love it!
