weekly challenges: goals for 2021

Hi,
I need to loose some weight and get fit. I am on the way to try different diets/goals to see which one fits best, or maybe a combination.
I though that maybe having weekly goals will help!
I am 79kg and 160cm. Hoping to lose 1 stone by Christmas. I will try to log in my food diary almost everyday, aiming for 1200 kcal a day or around it.

Aims: Thursday to Thursday
This is week1:
Fitness: I will use my skipping rope or do star jumps everyday this week, and will try to increase the number of jumps everyday.
Diet: I will try to drink more water, a glass in the morning, before each meal, before each snack, before any food!
