Hello. Was very active with this app a couple of years ago. Lost 80 lbs with regular exercise and dietary changes.

Slowed down a bit, got busy with life, was really hoping I'd get back into my regular gym habit earlier this year before the pandemic. Put a bit of a spin on everything.

So I'm trying to work out at home and eat better again. Looking for folks interested in low-carb whole food meal prep, home workout routines, dietary health, etc.

Thanks

    Good luck!!

I'm still able to go to the gym (for now), working at home is hard for me, too many distractions. I know a lot of people are really good about it though. There are a ton of things on netflix or apps for instructional videos depending on what equipment you have.

I'm not doing low carb, although it feels that way to be watching my carb intake at all. I LOOOVE my pasta and breads, so this is a huge mindset change for me.

Good luck with getting back on track! I'm working from home also but have found, for me, having a real kitchen nearby for lunch instead of whatever I can toss in a microwave or whatever food truck is nearby has actually helped me a lot.

I have my gym membership but have been pretty lax lately. Sometimes I'll jump on Amazon Prime Video and whatever exercise program is free and grabs my attention I will do for a bit at home but my gym membership has been wasting away the last couple months.

I'm not strictly low carb but do try to keep my carbs between 80 to 150 and average out around 100... but having a young child and a husband that isn't following a strict diet makes keeping to that goal a bit harder. So many temptations.
