Hi everyone!!
I am new here. I was on Optavia for 2 months and lost 27 pounds. Took a break, got off plan and gained 3 pounds back and lost them. Now I am calorie counting and recording everything with fitness pal and this week I lost 2.6 pounds!
So I am challenging myself to record everything I eat and stick to my calorie limit (or as close as I can) until Nov. 21st. Why November 21st you ask? Well, that day my husband and I are going to a Renaissance festival and I want to enjoy myself! So...I want to try and lose close to 10 pounds by Nov. 21st. I will update this feed with daily calorie updates and weekly weigh ins.
Let's do this!! I need some accountability! Who wants to join me? Feel free to post your calorie limit and weigh ins!
