how sick would it be if we could actually complete those courses.

    I tried a salmon ladder. It's HARD as hell. Just keeping ones hands even while kipping up to the next catch takes great focus. Then you die from forearm burn.

    I think I could do the thing where you swing onto a balance beam. We used to do that at the river where I grew up. Besides that, I can't even imagine! Do they have courses set up so that you can try it out without actually competing? I know a lot of parkour guys and gals do that. That'd be something to get into for training! You could pretend to be Ezio!

    +1 for AC reference! I wouldn't suggest adding a pile of straw to fall into after 3 story leap as part of the training thou
