ok... I was feeling down, annyoed and stressed this morning...so I skipped breakfast and ate a bunch of crackers in stead ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Then I had my kids to a burgerjoint - something I had promised them ages ago, and I ate more than I had planned... when I got home, I logged everything, and realised that - even after logged my usual dinner, I'm only 400 kcal over todays goal (before excercise) so now I feel much better

That's not a binge. Think about it - if you have your deficit set at 500 cals (1lb per week loss), you ate just under your maintenance calories.1
