Top of my list is my spreadsheet. As a management tool and a constant force of rationality when long term weight loss can sometimes bring the madness.

Sous vide
The high capacity scale that I thankfully no longer require.

My Fitbit. I thank God for it on a daily basis. Without it, I didn’t know how much of a deficit I had, so I had bigger and bigger deficits, which ultimately I couldn’t continue, so I gained it all back. I love losing weight without the constant hunger!
Also, a smart phone, so I can use MyFitnessPal on the go.
I’m so grateful for those two things!!1 -
I fogot to add my air popper for popcorn!
Sometimes when I am still really wanting to volume eat something crunchy and salty I air pop and season my popcorn.2 -
Food scale, have one at home and one at work. The one at home can handle up to 33 pounds, so even my slow cooker crock-pot if full of potato soup.
Slow cooker.
Air fryer.
Immersion blender.

Fitbit - its what 'told' me that my basic problem is I'm lazy. That if I don't make much effort, I won't spend much energy. Gamechanger for sure.
Treadmill.
Phone w/ apps to make sense of it all.
Food saver - for vacuum sealing food to portion out, freeze from batch cooking.0
