Hey guys, I’m a beginner after stopping for 8 years. I use to lift with very poor form, poor dieting, and without enough rest when I was ~18 and developed tendinitis and back pain.
I’ve been back at it 2 months and I have been bulking like a mad man (3k calories a day). Feel free to add me!
