About Me:

My name is Tiffany, and I am 19 from Northern Michigan. I have a very serious eating/spending problem (they really go hand in hand because my spending problem is mostly on fast food). I am really busy though and I make a lot of excuses for myself... I am working 3 jobs, over 70 hours a week actually CLOCKED IN (that doesn't even include breaks or drive time).

Why I want to get in shape

I am really trying to get my life in order. I just bought a new car and am working a lot to pay it off and improve my credit so one day I can have a real life for myself. Right now I am 215 lbs and only 5'2. First of all that is OBESE, I am not healthy, its not ok. My mom was just in the hospital due to heart failure from her diabetes and COPD so I really need to fix this before I do anymore damage to myself. Secondly, I am exhausted ALL THE TIME, some of it is from working but I can't help but feel if my body didn't have to lug around this extra 90lbs I wouldn't be so tired. And lastly. I want to feel confidence. Yes, I feel I have good qualities but I often feel uncomfortable in my own clothes and skin. It makes life hard and I don't even want to talk to people anymore cause I just feel like they judge me... and my full-time job requires me to stand, squat, and do all sorts of stuff in front of groups of 10-15 people for 3 hours a day average... embarrassing...

PS: Any tips on how to eat healthy without spending any time cooking... on a budget.. I know its a rough one.

I can relate to this so much haha I cannot believe how much money I have saved over the last couple of months not buying takeaway and other food related crap. Anyways, best of luck in your weight loss journey.

Hi Tiffany feel free to add me if you like, I also do more than 1 job and clock up between 70 and 80 hrs a week, so I know how hard it is myself, I am new on her also and am finding ways that work for me, I would guess you have the same problem which is time constraints so it is easy o grab a take away on the way home and snacks from vending machines at work.
