Doubling up on excercise

I was wondering if anyone has combined Liift 4 and Amoila Cesar The Prep - split during the day. In the past weeks I've combined The Prep with either 100MM or Barre Blend, which worked really well.

Work to your level of fitness and health. There really aren't any big rules, just watch that exercise doesn't become an obsession in itself. Make sure you're eating enough to fuel that added activity.

As CM said if you feel you can. I just did 3 workout videos which are part of a week plan I got an email for. I had enough in the tank for the first two and chose the third to be be a cooldown. Do whatever works for you

What are your goals? is it a sprint or a marathon?

Having said that, keep in mind that you don't want to hurt yourself.

better to exercise every other day for 5 days than 3 times in one day, just saying (keeps you hungry)

Depends on current fitness level, and (maybe) how similar the specific programs are. (Usually, IMO and IME it's easier to do two daily workouts if they tax different physical systems.)

This next is pure opinion, but I'm pushy like that: Does this allow you to have good overall life balance, i.e., have enough time and energy for everything else that's important to you in life (family, work, friends, chores, etc.)? Could you see yourself working out this much forever, or is it a tactic for weight loss? If the latter, think hard. Most of us find maintaining a healthy weight and decent fitness long-term harder than getting thin or fit in the first place. Figuring out how to make the process sustainable - making it fit into an overall happy life - is part of accomplishing that long-term maintenance.

I lift, walk/run intervals, instruct cardio kickboxing class and do 9Round boxing. I lift 6 days a week (1 bodypart per day). Walk everyday, run intervals 3x a week, instruct kickboxing 2 times a week and go to 9Round 2-3 times a week. All the while still working as a PT 6 hours a day.
What's so great? I get to eat. :D
I also get enough rest to recover or I'd NEVER make it. I go to bed earlier now and nap in the afternoon.
