I feel like I'm still a newbie to all this and trying to figure how much more I want to lose or when I should say ok let go into maint. I'm reaching out to everyone you can give me advice, their story or knowledge etc. I know that I want to work on cutting body fat % and bulk more, but I do read about eating more or eating dirty and fee like thats how I go to where I was before mfp. I'm not sure if you need to play around with eating clean some days and eat dirty or how much you should up your cals. i read how some who lift heavy eat 3000-4000 cals a day. I know that i can write on and on about this and hope from the little bit i have said that you understand where I'm coming from. Waiting for all replies and whatever knowledge i can get about nutriton or what to do going forward.
Thanks all

Yes to bulk up you generally need to eat more. The general rule of thumb is you need 1000 calorie deficit a day to loose 2 pounds a week and the opposite would be if you are lifting heavy and trying to bulk. It also depends on what kind of food you are eating. Most people think it's all about protein, but in reality it's more about the amino acids and carb loading...you just have to eat the right kind of carbs. Send me a message and I can give you more specifics.0
