Hi everyone,

I am over 42 and I am new here. I have been struggling to lose this belly fat for several years. I do not drink alcohol neither do I smoke. I have changed and altered my diet in multiple ways but not getting the results I desire.

Hoping to connect with other folks in the community and see what you’re doing, to achieve the results that I desire.

Welcome! I'm 35 and have always had a problem with belly fat, even when I was 100 lbs. lighter than I am now. It's terribly frustrating. Unfortunately I don't really have any advice, but I hope this community is helpful to you in your journey!

Hey, 41 here also don't drink or smoke! Ugh belly fat, I thought it was the last thing that would ever start to move (turns out it's my thighs). It's still really stubborn, but you can't control where the fat goes from though so you just gotta stick at it. Add some people to your friends list and I'm sure you'll get loads of positive vibes and encouragement. :)

45 and that has been my struggle for many years. For me I have found that if I lower my overall calories, overall carbs and increase hypertrophy I see results. As always, what works for you may not work for me and vice versa. I say alter your diet and exercise and give it 8 full weeks. Don't give in after days. Good luck my brother. Us middle aged men especially have a harder time as we get older and natural testosterone decreases.

Unfortunately, you can't control where the weight comes off. If you're losing weight, sooner or later it will come off your belly. If you are using the app like you should, if you honestly and accurately record everything you eat into the app and you stay within your budget, you will lose weight and it will eventually come off your belly.
